I ask you to wait 48 hours before washing. I HIGHLY recommend using a salon quality shampoo and conditioner (recommended by me) to protect your investment for a longer period of time.
No. Please make sure your hair is clean, straight and 100% dry. Clean hair allows products to perform better. Hair build-up doesn’t allow products to perform at its 100%
To ensure you get the time that works best and that keeps your cut, style and color looking great, I recommend 6-8 weeks for haircuts and traditional highlights, 10-12 weeks for lived in highlights. I make a maintenance plan with each client depending on lifestyle and budget.

I highly recommend reserving appointments before you leave the salon.
We understand life happens. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not get the full service we originally scheduled. If too much time has passed, we will need to reschedule and a rescheduling fee will apply. Please text Annji to notify of delays and she will do her best to honor your appointment.
Yes. I LOVE looking at inspiration photos and discussing them with you. Having multiple photos that represent your haircolor is always best to have with you.

BRIDAL BOOKING FAQs

Yes, absolutely! I will reserve a 60 minute appointment for us to try one style. The cost is $125. If you want to try more than one style, we'll add on an extra hour for an additional $125. If you decide to sign a contract with me, I'll deduct your trial payment from your final bridal package price.
It's best to know your exact numbers before inquiring but I understand if you have some party members who are undecided. I would book for only the number confirmed and we could possibly add on if the schedule allows.
Changes can be made up to 60 days before your wedding and must be approved. Removing services is not allowed after signing and paying the non-refundable deposit. If your getting ready location has changed I will requote the package price if need be.
Once you have paid the 50% deposit and have signed your contract, your wedding date is confirmed. The second and final payment is due 14 days before your wedding day and can be paid via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.

Bridal Trial / Preview FAQs

Is a Bridal Trial / Preview Required?

No. However, I strongly recommend having one with me. It’s important to talk about what you like and don’t like about your hair. Because, sometimes you think you might like something, but then when you try it on, you realize it doesn’t suit you. Having a trial appointment will help you better understand what works and what doesn’t. This gives you the confidence and peace-of-mind needed on the day of the wedding

When should I book my trial / preview?

Trials are scheduled 2-4 months prior to your date.

Is the trial included in my package price?

Yes, the first hour of your trial is included in your price. Please note that the hair trial will allow you to try only one hairstyle and is a full 1 hour appointment. If you would like to try more than one style then extra fees will be applied

Where will the bridal trial / preview be held?

All trials are done at Allure Beauty Bar in Grand Junction, Colorado. If a bride would like for me to come to them, travel fees will apply

How should I prep my hair for the preview?

Please come with clean and 100% dry hair. If you have a veil, hair accessories or temporary extensions you want to use, please bring those ready to go.

I am unsure if I need extensions. Do I need them for my preview appointment?

I typically have most shades of extensions along with different lengths and density options. We can use of them during the preview appointment. We can color match for temporary extensions at your appointment if needed. If you have your own extensions and want to bring them, that’s completely fine.

Can I bring my mom or friends with me to my trial?

I recommend coming alone to your appointment so we can really connect and customize your look based on our discussions. If you must bring someone, I allow one person because of the small area around my station (no children).
